This Studio Acrylics Phosphorescent Gel from Pebeo, is an acrylic type medium that can be applied directly to produce a glow in the dark effect. These paints can also be mixed with acrylic colours to make them more fluorescent, however when mixed with other paints the fluorescent effect will be lessened.
The UV Gel Paints are opaque and can be used on a variety of surfaces including wood, plaster, paper, cardboard, pre-painted surfaces, canvas and many more. Each tube contains 100ml of Green Phosphorescent paint that can cover up to 0.25 metres when applied in a thickness of 1.5mm.
The more of an amount you apply the greater the fluorescent effect will be. In order for these Pebeo Acrylic Mediums to glow in the dark they need need to capture sunlight in order to glow at night. The gel will be dry to the touch in approximately four hours an completely dry in 24 hours.
