Refund Policy

At Color Waves kw, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with the Kuwaiti Consumer Protection Law.

Eligible Items:

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation.

  • The item must also be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Timeframe:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@colorwaveskw.com within 14 working days. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and process your refund.

Condition:

Please note that the item must be in new, unused, sealed, and undamaged condition for it to be eligible for a refund.

Fees:

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

Refund Method:

The product must be returned by the customer to Color Waves kw office, for both delivery and store pick-up orders. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take 1–5 business days to process, depending on your bank.

Damaged or Faulty Products:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@colorwaveskw.com.

The product must be returned by the customer to Color Waves kw office, for both delivery and store pick-up orders. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will arrange for either a replacement or a refund.

Exceptional Circumstances:

In exceptional circumstances, such as a major product defect or recall, we may offer a refund or exchange even if the refund request is made beyond the usual 14-day period.

Such decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to our discretion.
